People’s Artist of USSR, the soloist of the Bolshoi Theater of USSR, professor of vocal department of GITIS Tamara Ilinichna Sinyavskaya held open workshops in Moscow on March 23^rd and 24^th with the support of the Muslim Magomaev Musical and Cultural Heritage Fund.

The unique workshops will be held on 23 and 24 of   March 2013 in Moscow in the Hall of the Music School named after V.I.Muradeli and will bring together the students of vocal departments of music universities and young artists of musical theaters.

On October 23-24 this year in the concert hall of the Crocus City Hall the First International Muslim Magomaev Vocalist Contest will be held. The organizers of the contest - Muslim Magomaev Musical and Cultural Heritage Fund, headed by the widow of the great singer Tamara Sinyavskaya - are inviting all talented singers in the age of 40 years and older, with a special musical training and who are ready to submit a product of classical opera and pop repertoire to the jury to take part in this contest. According to Tamara Sinyavskaya "the biggest challenge of the contest –is keep that bar, which was set by Muslim".

On October 20 and 21, II Muslim Magomaev International Vocalists Contest was held in Moscow. 17 opera singers from 10 participated in it.

On October 17, 2012 a press conference was held in the conference hall of the hotel “Metropol.” This conference was dedicated to the opening of the II Muslim Magomaev Vocalists Contest which will be held this weekend on October 20 and 21 in Moscow. 17 contestants from 10 countries will showcase their talent and skills in the performance of both classical and pop repertoire to the respected international jury on the stage of Muslim Magomaev Concert Hall “Crocus City Hall.”
