1 September is the first day to apply for Muslim Magomaev scholarship

The Muslim Magomaev Musical and Cultural Heritage Fund announces the opening of scholarship application period. The special scholarship program is available for graduate year students of musical arts state educational institutions. Applications can be submitted up to 20 October 2015. Please find details in the Section Programs of the Fund “2015-2016 academic year scholarship Regulations”.
