Tickets for concerts of the III Muslim Magomaev International Vocalists Contest are on sale

On the 18 and 19 October the Crocus City Hall concert hall will host a long expected music event of this autumn - Moscow will welcome the participants of the III Muslim Magomaev International Vocalists Contest. In the course of two gala nights the stage of the best concert hall of the capital will present 15 young performers from 9 countries, who were selected out of several hundreds of professional vocalists to take part in this top ranking vocal contest. The organizer of the contest, the Muslim Magomaev Musical and Cultiral Heritage Fund, announced the release of tickets for both concert nights.

«As in previous years we followed the criteria of primary importance for every artist, -said Tamara Sinyavskaya, the chairman of the jury, - Vocal gift, charisma, vocal control and, of course, equally masterful performance of classic opera arias and pop pieces».

The M. Magomaev International Vocalists Contest has been conducted since 2010 in Moscow and it has already gained a reputation of an important cultural event in the Russian area of music. This year witnessed broadening of geography of applications (18 countries). Performers from Abkhasia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, the Great Britain, Mongolia, Russia, Uzbekistan and Croatia have been admitted to the Contest and will perform in front of the professional jury chaired, as tradition has it, by Tamara Ilyinichna Sinyavskaya, the People's Artist of the USSR. The participants will perform both classic and pop repertoire including pieces performed by a great singer and composer Muslim Magomaev.

The gala contest has been traditionally conducted with the support of the Academic Big Concert Orchestra of Y. Silantyev of the Russian State Musical TV and Radio Centre. The leading director is Alexander Klevitsky and the guest director is Dmitry Yurovsky. The International Vocalists Contest has permanently been broadly announced and covered in mass media. The final night of the contest is broadcasted by Russia K TV-channel.
